Organic Tunisian coffee beans roasted to perfection and then blended with 12 and 18-year old Modena Balsamic. This is a famous balsamic for marinating meats, mixing with different oils, and drizzling as a reduction on anything from strawberries to cheesecake. This makes a fantastic glaze or BBQ base for pork, beef, duck, venison, or chicken. Delicious on a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
