Gremolata is a classic Italian herb condiment of lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley & mint. Very delicate and mild. This is one of our most overlooked olive oils! It pairs amazingly well with most of our Balsamic vinegar. Sauté or finish. This exciting flavor combination is mild and goes well with fish, chicken, and veggies. It is traditionally served with slow-braised dishes to add a zip of flavor. We also recommend this terrific oil for marinades and vinaigrettes. Perfect for Salmon!
