This easy recipe gives the peaches a wonderful caramel-sugar flavor with smokey notes.
- 4-6 freestone peaches (not cling)
- 2-3 tablespoons Fresh Harvest Basil Olive Oil
- 2-3 tablespoons Fresh Harvest White Peach Balsamic
Preheat grill to medium heat. Whisk together the olive oil and balsamic. Halve and pit the peaches. Score the cut side of the peaches slightly and drizzle the vinaigrette over the cut side of the peaches. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes or longer (cover if needed). Grill peaches cut side down first for 5 minutes. Flip the peaches and grill another 5 minutes. Serve with pork chops, ice cream or our peach Caprese! Try it with a scoop of Ricotta cheese, in a bowl with ice cream or sliced on a salad.
