Pro Tip: Always buy wild shrimp or farm-raised shrimp from the U.S. or other countries where antibiotic use in shellfish is illegal.
- 1 pound of shrimp peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup Fresh Harvest Lime balsamic
- ¼ cup Fresh Harvest Garlic infused olive oil
- 3 tsps. Chili powder
- 2 tsps. Paprika
- ½ tsps. Cumin
In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients. Pour into a resealable bag and add shrimp. Toss to coat and marinate for 30-50 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat. Put the shrimp on water-soaked skewers and place on the grill. Grill on each side for about two minutes or until no longer pink. Serve with rice or one of our famous salads.
