• 6 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/3 cup of Fresh Harvest Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp of Olive Brine (green or purple, not black)
  • 1 Lemon, sliced into thin wheels
  • ¼ tsp of sea salt
  • ¼ tsp of cracked pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together olive brine, oil, cracked pepper and sea salt. Add chicken breasts to the oil and coat in the mixture. Dump the contents of the bowl onto a sheet tray. Cover breasts with lemon wheels. Cook in oven until internal temp is 165 degrees (about 20-25 minutes).
