This is our finest grade of aged balsamic from Modena, Italy - and our Fresh Harvest house balsamic. This vinegar is rich, complex and very dense. Perfectly balanced, classically sweet and made using the Solera method, this balsamic is aged for 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry, and ash barrels then blended.
