The Blenheim Apricot variety is both sweet and tart with an intense aroma of honeysuckle. We’ve married this fruit with our barrel-aged white balsamic for an intoxicating flavor.  This balsamic is crisp and sweet with a surprisingly tart finish. Excellent with chicken, seafood, smoothies, fruit, cheese, or desserts.
