This “dense” balsamic is cooked down longer and aged even longer than our traditional balsamic and slowly ages in five different wood casks of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry.  The flavor is extremely complex boasting notes of cherry, dried fruits, raisins, figs, along with hints of dark chocolate and malt.  Serve with your finest cheeses, drizzle over fruit, use as a finishing glaze for roasted meats or grilled vegetables. This will make your desserts very special!
