Toasted Sesame Oil

My husband and I popped in here when we happened to be walking by it and it was such a wonderful experience. I could go on and on about Pauline (and I will). Not only is she welcoming and lovely, she's also very knowledgeable. She led us through tastings and suggested pairings we would not have thought of otherwise. Her creativity and passion for cooking was evident in our conversations and we ended up spending a while here just tasting, talking, and enjoying ourselves. We love to cook and it was so fun chatting with Pauline! She inspired some new ideas for us for the holidays and instead of being sad that our road trip was coming to an end, we were excited to get home to use our new oils and balsamics. As soon as I got to the car, I opened a balsamic to add to my grab & go salad I bought next door -- delicious! We had a nice kitchen in the next place we stayed and we made a fantastic pasta with the olive & sundried tomato mix we purchased here, because we didn't want to wait to get home to start using all the goods. We meant to take a photo to send to Pauline, but it was so good we dug right in and forgot! We are home now and have been using our olive oil regularly. It's the real deal, not the junk you usually get at the grocery store now that's mixed with all types of things. You can absolutely smell & taste the difference. They also ship, so we will be purchasing again for gifts and ourselves! Thank you for the fun & inspiration, Pauline -- it was a treat to meet you!
