Make a reduction for a beautiful glaze that compliments a wide range of meats, savory or sweet foods. Add to sparkling water for a zippy drink! Great in cocktails and smoothies. Mix with a wide range of our olive oils for a dressing, marinade, etc.

My introduction to Fresh Harvest Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars was through the Local Flavor restaurant in Eureka Springs. I have been a big fan since then, and during a return visit this weekend to Eureka Springs, I had to stop in and purchase more. Make a visit to the shop and ask the staff for their oil/vinegar pairings for different types of cuisines, and then take a taste of the mix. Your taste buds will thank you! (And then buy some, you won't regret it!) P.S. They have excellent recipes on their website!
