This is our house white balsamic, and was formerly called Premium White Balsamic.

Created from white Trebbiano grape ‘must’, our premium white balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, Italy, but the sugars are not caramelized. The result is a very crisp, tart vinegar with a touch of sweetness and a 6% acidity. Extremely adaptable, it can be used as a substitute for wine vinegar in any recipe. This makes impressive vinaigrettes!
