Chaabani peppers harvested in Tunisia were dried in kilns using olive wood smoke. The dried peppers were crushed simultaneously with the olives to produce a highly concentrated flavor that is rich in flavor. Crafted in very small batches, this mildly spicy and smoky oil is terrific on the grill, veggies, chicken, pork, fish, bread dipping and marinades. Try in BBQ sauce or on the grill!
