A true connoisseur’s olive oil! The late fall/early winter Black French Truffle is earthy and robust. A ‘tea method’ is utilized, which steeps the ripe truffles in our finest ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil. The proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle oil. No extracts or chemicals are used in any of our production. Use with potatoes, drizzle on french fries, salads, a touch in soups or sauces, add to classic mac-n-cheese, brush on grilled meats or veggies. A little goes a long way. Delicious!

My introduction to Fresh Harvest Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars was through the Local Flavor restaurant in Eureka Springs. I have been a big fan since then, and during a return visit this weekend to Eureka Springs, I had to stop in and purchase more. Make a visit to the shop and ask the staff for their oil/vinegar pairings for different types of cuisines, and then take a taste of the mix. Your taste buds will thank you! (And then buy some, you won't regret it!) P.S. They have excellent recipes on their website!
