A ‘tea method’ is utilized, which steeps the ripe truffles in our finest ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil. The proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle oil. No extracts or chemicals are used in any of our production. Use with potatoes, drizzle on french fries, salads, a touch in soups or sauces, add to classic mac-n-cheese, brush on grilled meats or veggies. A little goes a long way. Delicious!
