Umeboshi are pickled plums made from young Japanese fruit that’s a cross between an apricot and a plum, called Ume. This balsamic offers a hint of apricot, combined with the floral notes of young, sour Japanese plums with the luscious, sweet-tart characteristics of our aged white balsamic from Modena. Delicious on fruit, in sauces, smoothies, cocktails, and a wide range of vinaigrettes with nearly any of our olive oils, plus marinades.
