Highly aromatic and savory, our wild Fernleaf Dill infused olive oil is a must-have Mediterranean staple.  We recommend using it in dressings, marinades, cucumbers, chopped salads, potatoes, and potato-based salads, scrambled eggs and omelets, or drizzled over spinach or other cooked greens, etc. Delicious with chicken or duck. This is a must-have for fish! Brush on fish prior and while cooking or grilling along with a splash of our lemon balsamic. This olive oil makes a fantastic aioli for sandwiches, dipping, etc.

I come here regularly now after wandering into the Berryville store. The best is the traditional herb & balsamic duo! I just eat as a snack with high quality sour dough breads. Soo good! Healthy snack. The employees are so nice and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their job by talking to them & I feel like they are honest. Happy to support this business!

This place is a MUST! It's such a cute place to peruse, and I loved everything they had on the shelves. There were so many yummy flavors, I had a hard time deciding what to get. The staff are amazing and help you pair olive oils and balsalmics to create the best combination. I LOVE this place and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!
