A ‘tea method’ is utilized, which steeps the ripe truffles in our finest ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil. The proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle oil. No extracts or chemicals are used in any of our production. Use with potatoes, drizzle on french fries, salads, a touch in soups or sauces, add to classic mac-n-cheese, brush on grilled meats or veggies. A little goes a long way. Delicious!

I come here regularly now after wandering into the Berryville store. The best is the traditional herb & balsamic duo! I just eat as a snack with high quality sour dough breads. Soo good! Healthy snack. The employees are so nice and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their job by talking to them & I feel like they are honest. Happy to support this business!

This place is a MUST! It's such a cute place to peruse, and I loved everything they had on the shelves. There were so many yummy flavors, I had a hard time deciding what to get. The staff are amazing and help you pair olive oils and balsalmics to create the best combination. I LOVE this place and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!
