Robust Intensity — This ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil is an antioxidant powerhouse! Our robust Cobrançosa is a limited-production harvest using vacuum malaxation. This method preserves the phenolic content.  This EVOO displays savory vegetal characteristics, with notes of arugula and green tea leaf, and a pungent finish. Herbaceous and delicious!

We came in on a whim while visiting from Michigan. Pauline was very knowledgeable, and made myself, my wife, and mother in law feel right at home. I come here regularly now after wandering into the Berryville store. The best is the traditional herb & balsamic duo! I just eat as a snack with high quality sour dough breads. Soo good! Healthy snack. The employees are so nice and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their job by talking to them & I feel like they are honest. Happy to support this business!
