Barrel-aged 22 years in Modena. Denissimo means ‘dense’ in Italian. This very special balsamic is cooked down longer and aged even longer than our traditional 18-year-old balsamic. We also use five different wood casks of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry. The flavor is exceptionally complex, boasting notes of cherry, dried fruits, raisins, figs, and hints of dark chocolate and malt. Serve with your finest cheeses, drizzle over fruit, use as a finishing glaze for roasted meats or grilled vegetables.
