Robust Intensity — Our dry-farmed Chilean Picual is emboldened by deficit irrigation practices, resulting in a powerful sensory experience including dry herb, anise, and stone fruit, with a balanced but lingering finish. For Picual lovers, this has a little punch of amazing flavor! 

As with all our ROBUST EVOO’s, this is higher in phenols (antioxidants) than mild or medium intensity.

My introduction to Fresh Harvest Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars was through the Local Flavor restaurant in Eureka Springs. I have been a big fan since then, and during a return visit this weekend to Eureka Springs, I had to stop in and purchase more. Make a visit to the shop and ask the staff for their oil/vinegar pairings for different types of cuisines, and then take a taste of the mix. Your taste buds will thank you! (And then buy some, you won't regret it!) P.S. They have excellent recipes on their website!
