Fresh Harvest house olive oil! This is our legendary blend. 

Our delicious blend of basil, rosemary, oregano, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic – all freshly infused into our ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil. Use on everything from salad dressings,  sautés to marinades. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Reggiano cheese and a few twists of freshly ground pepper for a great bread dipper. Sauté everything from potatoes to broccoli. This is an awesome brush-on for BBQ along with our balsamic.

My introduction to Fresh Harvest Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars was through the Local Flavor restaurant in Eureka Springs. I have been a big fan since then, and during a return visit this weekend to Eureka Springs, I had to stop in and purchase more. Make a visit to the shop and ask the staff for their oil/vinegar pairings for different types of cuisines, and then take a taste of the mix. Your taste buds will thank you! (And then buy some, you won't regret it!) P.S. They have excellent recipes on their website!
