My wife and her best friend love this store, and they were determined to take their husbands on this trip to Eureka Springs. To tell you the truth, I wasn't keen on the idea. Going to an olive oil store sounded about as fun as watching wallpaper dry. I was wrong. The experience was educational and kind of a hoot. The staff got into helping me pick just the right oil/vinegar combination to create the base for a blue cheese vinaigrette (I got inspired about ten minutes into our visit, and then I was off and running). The staff was well informed, helpful, friendly, and fun. We had a great time, and I tasted more olive oil in one day than I cumulatively have in the last month. I feel good today, and I'm pretty sure I'm half an inch taller (not verified, but I'm confident I'm right on this one). Well done, Fresh Harvest. See you the next time we're in town.

We came in on a whim while visiting from Michigan. Pauline was very knowledgeable, and made myself, my wife, and mother in law feel right at home. She carefully explained all of the different oils, and balsamic vinegars. We even had popcorn! Thanks to Pauline, I now am a lover of olive oil and balsamic vinegar! Thanks to her, and Fresh Harvest.
