Easy Italian Meatballs with Olive Oil and Balsamic

Ingredients:

  • 1-pound lean ground beef (grass fed/organic)
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup plain or Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan or Asiago cheese finely grated
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • ¼ cup Fresh Harvest Traditional Balsamic
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray or use parchment paper to line. Mix together all ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl. Form into 1 – 1 ½ inch balls and place on prepared cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.  Serve with pasta/sauce or as appetizers!
