Ingredients:

  • 4 ears fresh corn, shucked
  • 4-5 tablespoons Fresh Harvest Butter Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, plus more for serving
  • 1 lemon, zested and cut into wedges, for serving

Instructions:

Heat your grill to medium-high. In a small bowl, mix together butter olive oil, half the lemon zest and Old Bay seasoning.

Place corn on grill and use a basting brush to brush olive oil mixture on corn. Grill corn, turning occasionally, and brushing with olive oil mixture on each side of cob. Cook the corn through and until lightly charred, about 10 to 12 minutes.

Slather hot corn with remaining butter olive oil mixture. Sprinkle cobs with the remaining zest and a dash more of Old Bay seasoning to taste. Serve with lemon wedges alongside for squeezing.
