There is no substitute for the Lemongrass Mint Balsamic. It makes this salad!
Per serving:
- 1 cup of cold watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled or cubed
- 2-3 fresh mint leaves (chopped) – optional
- 1+ tablespoon Fresh Harvest Lemongrass Mint Balsamic
Directions:
Place the watermelon in a bowl and drizzle with with balsamic vinegar. Top with feta cheese, mint leaves and serve. This recipe can be made in individual servings or multiplied and served in a large salad bowl.
